refund and returns policy
Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. Its important to keep in mind that these products are handmade and that minor imperfections may occur naturally due to the season as ambient temperature and humidity play a role in how the product settles after pour. Please read the following policy carefully regarding refunds and returns.
Availability and Order Cancellation:
– The provision of goods and services by Aether is subject to availability.
– In cases of unavailability or unexpected delays with your order, we will contact you promptly.
– Aether reserves the right to cancel an order if stock is insufficient or if the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. In such cases, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Cancellation:
– Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched by Aether.
– Once payment has been made, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
– Any damages or defects must be reported to Aether within 7 days of receiving the order.
– Please provide accompanying photographs of the damage or defect.
– We will send a replacement product upon verification.
Product Guarantee:
– All products are sold with a 10-day satisfaction guarantee.
– If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction.
– Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
– Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, we will refund the value of the product.
– If you received the wrong product, please notify Aether within three working days. If the error is our responsibility, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at our expense.
